More info

I would like to make a complaint about a purchase I made in Palma, but I live in a different municipality. Can I still apply to the Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC) in Palma? Yes. The OMIC can deal with the complaint as long as one of the parties involved in the commercial relationship is a resident of or has their business in Palma.
